Ceramic Slurry Pump Description

SAZP ceramic slurry pump series is suitable for mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other industries to transport corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as ash and slag transportation in power plants, coal slurry transportation, and slurry transportation in metallurgical dressing plants, Coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plant, etc. The maximum weight concentration of its solid-liquid mixture is: mortar 45% and slurry 60%.

Ceramic Slurry Pump Feature

1. The seal adopts the popular sealing method in the mineral processing industry: auxiliary impeller + packing seal.

2. The current-passing parts are made of new ceramic materials, which have high hardness, good wear resistance, and a lifespan 3-5 times that of metal.

Structure Description

The flow-passing parts of the pump are the pump body, impeller, pump cover lining or integral core casting design. The parts in contact with the fluid medium are all ceramic materials with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

With an axial adjustment structure, the impeller can be easily adjusted axially to maintain the gap between the impeller and the front cover, thereby maintaining high efficiency of the pump;

The layout of the pump is a "back-pull" structure. This allows the pump to disassemble the impeller, mechanical seal and shaft assembly without disassembling the pump's inlet and outlet pipelines, which facilitates maintenance;

The pump shaft has a large diameter and a short shaft head, which can reduce the deflection of the shaft during operation and extend the service life of the seal.

The bearings are lubricated with thin oil. The bearings are installed in a removable bearing box with a rubber-sealed round shaft to prevent dirt and water from entering.

All parts of the pump that are in contact with the medium are made of silicon carbide ceramics, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long service life of the pump;
It is designed with an axial adjustment device to axially adjust the flow parts to always keep the system running at the high efficiency point;

There is a large tapered space designed between the impeller and the pump cover, which can effectively prevent solid media from entering the shaft seal and extend the life of the shaft seal;

The shaft adopts a rigid design, and the bearings adopt roller bearings and radial thrust bearings, which can withstand large radial forces and ensure stable operation of the transmission components.
